Founders Workshop held a brief Discovery session with the customer to understand their technical requirements and company culture to begin the internal recruiting process. Based on this process, we were able to understand what was important for the company.
We were able to deliver multiple staff augmentation team members at a cost close to ⅓ of U.S. based team members with a start date that met the founders requirements.
